PROG & ROLL Radio Show (15/5/2016). A small "review" & the complete playlist...

Hello all! :-)
Last night one more Prog & Roll radio show was online as usual. When we started preparing the playlist we had in mind to make something like a "theme" show and during the week we were trying to figure out what to do.
What we finally did, was a small music journey into the history of Rock music, starting from the year 1964 up to 2015. We begun the show with a song from 1964, and with each passing song we were coming closer to nowadays. As you can understand, it is impossible to try to include 50 years of Rock music into just 2 hours, so there were many things missing. But we tried to include songs from many genres and sub-genres, and judging from our audience's reactions I believe the people ejoyed it.  During the first part we played songs from 1964 up to 1971, then at the 2nd part from 1972 up to 1979, during the 3rd part from 1980 up to 1999 and at the 4rth and last part from 2000 up to 2015.
We had a many people listening once more, but the chatbox was not as crazy as other times, so everybody - including us - enjoyed the music and the cool atmosphere.
Here you can take a look at the complete playlist from last night's show:

Part 1: THE ZOMBIES: She’s not There / THE ROLLING STONES: Under My Thumb / THE BEATLES: Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band / THE KINKS: The Village Green Preservation Society / ERIC CLAPTON: Let it Rain / THE DOORS: Love Her Madly.
Part 2: ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA: Eldorado / STYX: Suite Madame Blue / CAMEL: Air Born / PAVLOV’S DOG: Did You See Him Cry / CHRIS DE BURGH: I Had the Love in My Eyes.
Part 3: BLACK SABBATH: Children of the Sea / IRON MAIDEN: Murders in the Rue Morgue / SAVATAGE: The Price you Pay / DREAM THEATER: Another Day / PARADISE LOST: Hallowed Land.
Part 4: ARENA: Salamander / MYSTERY: Snowhite / KAYAK: Time Stand Still / GALAHAD: Richelieu’s Prayer.
"Epic" Song: STEVEN WILSON: 3 Years Older.
I would like to thank all those who listened to our show once more, hoping that you had some nice time with us and our music choices. Our next "appointment" will be on Sunday the 22nd of May, with a guest musician on the chatbox.
Thank you all, have a nice week! :-)
