PROG & ROLL Radio Show (8/5/2016). A small "review" & the complete playlist...

Last night one more Prog & Roll radio show was online as usual. This time we had a small surprise prepared for our listeners, as we had promised them a couple of weeks ago.
As I wrote in this blog  a couple of days ago, we had the honor and pleasure to do an interview with Dave Cousins the leader of Strawbs, almost 10-12 days ago. So, during the first hour of last night's show we played the most important parts of this interview, mixed with songs from the English Progressive Rock/Folk scene of the '70's. Despite that we had many people listening, the chatbox was very quiet, especially during the first hour, which means that everybody was listening to the interview carefully.
We received a very positive feedback from our listeners about the interview, and I think they really  enjoyed and appreciated it.
Here you can take a look at the complete  playlist:

Part 1: JETHRO TULL: The Whistler / TREES: Soldiers Three / STRAWBS: Hero & Heroine / Interview with Dave Cousins Pt.1 / THE MOODY BLUES: I’m  just a Singer (in a R n’ R band) / Interview with Dave Cousins Pt.2.
Part 2: BARCLAY JAMES HARVEST: For no One / Interview with Dave Cousins Pr.3 / STRAWBS: Tears & Pavan / Interview with Dave Cousins Pt.4/ GENESIS: I Know What I Like.
Part 3:  GANDALF’S FIST: Shadowborn / GENTLE STORM: The Greatest Love / BROKEN PARACHUTE: Nine Miles to Babylon / MATTHEW PARMENTER: All Our Yesterdays.
Part 4: MANFRED MAN’S EARTH BAND: Visionary Mountains / PINK FLOYD: Have a Cigar.
"Epic" Song: THE ALAN PARSON’S PROJECT: The Turn of a Friendly Card (Complete Suite).
I would like to thank Anne Leighton, the publicist of Strawbs, for giving us the permission and arranging the interview, Dave Cousins for being so kind and sweet, and finally all those who joined our show last night. I hope you enjoyed it.
Thank you very much! :-)
